Conference Fee is NOK 5.580 pluss VAT for registrations received within August 19. For registrations done after August 19. the Conference Fee is NOK 6.580,- pluss VAT.  Last date for normal registration is September 10th. or earlier if the conference is fully booked. For late registrations, accomodation at nearby hotels may be an alternative. If conference is full booked, it is possibility to ask to be put on 'stand by' and you will be notified in case of cancellations. Please read the registration guidelines below.


The conference Fee includes documentation, lunch both days, "Ice Breaker" on Monday September 12th., and Conference Dinner on Tuesday evening.


A cancellation of your registration must be received by the Conference Secretariat in written notice within August 26th. Otherwise you will be liable for payment for the full conference fee and the hotel.


Hotel accomodation


Conference participants will have access to special rates for accomodations when making the hotel booking via the conference registration. The special rates will be available for the number of days you prefer to stay for the ECIM conference, and is not strictly limited within the time period of the conference itself.

Conference rates for single room (one person) is NOK 1.380 (VAT included) and for double room (2 persons) the rate is NOK 1.880,- (VAT included). Breakfast is included.


Please note that you have to complete the online registration form in order to beeing serviced for both hotel and conference reservation.  You will receive a confirmation within a 24 hours on working days after your registration form has been submitted and received by Conference Service Desk. Registration guidelines


The registration Form is divided into several sections;


The conference badge will show the information you have registered for First Name, Last Name, Company and Job Title.


For hotel accomodation be sure that you tick off each of the nights you want to stay at the hotel.  If you plan for a longer stay than what is selectable in the Registration Form, then the eventual extra nights can be booked by contacting the hotel directly. Payment for an eventual extended stay can be done at check out or by method agreed with the hotel. The conference rate will be available for the whole week from friday before the conference and until friday after the conference. 


Payment can be done automaticly by MasterCard and VisaCard. Payment by invoice is an option provided that you fill in complete address information and PO reference. All payments must be done prior to the conference dates unless otherwise is agreed with the hotel. 


Payment by AmEx is optionally and can be selected only in section for INVOICE. IF you want to pay with AmEx, then select Invoice and tick off the field for payment with AmEx. The hotel will then contact you for the necessary arrangements.

To prevent any delays in payment from your company, please note the change that it is Hotel Maritim which emits invoice of hotel accomodations and conference fees this year.  


The conference is run on a non-profit basis, as are all ECIM activities.  Conference speakers (and all committee members and exhibition staff) are therefore asked to register and to attend the conference under the same terms and conditions that apply to all other participants.
