Short Bio:

Hans Stokka has been employed with NPD for many years. He has his IT education back from 1979. Have been involved in many NPD internal database / programming tasks as well as several collaboration projects with industry in Norway (DISKOS, Daily Drilling, Monthly Production). Over the last 10 years he has been involved in data management projects in several countries within Oil for Development program.
