Typically, all attendees stay at the same hotel, Hotel Maritim, where breakfast is included in the hotel accommodation price and lunch/dinner is included in the attendee fee. Hotel room is booked as part of the registration process for the conference.
By air:
The airport is called Haugesund Lufthavn Karmøy and is located 20 minutes by car from Haugesund city. The airport has direct flights to/from Oslo and Bergen, please see https://flyhau.no/en/destinations.
From Stavanger:
From Stavanger it is easiest by car or bus. The travel time is approx. 1 hour and 40 minutes with a beautiful scenery. Bus schedule is located at https://www.rome2rio.com/map/Stavanger/Haugesund. See the blog https://www.erdetmulig.no/edm2026.php for the scenery.
From abroad:
Either fly into Stavanger (which would be my preferred choice for the very scenic drive to Haugesund), or to Bergen or Oslo and then fly to Haugesund.
