Typically, all attendees stay at the same hotel, Hotel Maritim, where breakfast is included in the hotel accommodation price and lunch Tuesday and Wednesday and dinner Monday and Tuesday are included in the attendee fee. Hotel room is booked as part of the registration process for the conference.
By air:
The airport is called Haugesund Lufthavn Karmøy and is located 20 minutes by car from Haugesund city. The airport has direct flights to/from Oslo and Bergen, please see https://flyhau.no/en/destinations .
From Stavanger:
From Stavanger it is easiest by car or bus. The travel time is approx. 1 hour and 40 minutes with a beautiful scenery.

From abroad:
Either fly into Stavanger (which would be my preferred choice for the very scenic drive to Haugesund), or to Bergen or Oslo and then fly to Haugesund.
