As a self-proclaimed nerd, Kristoffer backs that up with master’s degree in theoretical mathematics. He began his career in Aker BP in 2021, working with project leads on defining value outtake for digital initiatives. In the start of 2023, he transitioned over to a new position as a data scientist where he still works today. Since he changed roles, he has been engaged in various hands-on tasks relating to data, but lately his main focus has been related to the implementation and potential value for language models in the Oil & Gas industry. He loves to be corrected and proven wrong, as he believes that is the only way to keep evolving, and having fun while doing so. Send Email
After 8 years in CGG working both in Seismic Processing & IT Support – Pierrick has joined Total (now TotalEnergies) in 2014 as “Data Architect” to take part to, and lead, the Enterprise Data Model Initiative. Hence, facing the well-known issues of lack of transverse governance and sharing – he created an internal network, cross domain network to tackle those issues – then coordinate and promote, internally, Data Standardization. From this background, he joined the OSDU community (gang, at that time) from Day 1 (October 2018) to initiate what is now known as Data Concepts Working Group (Ex Data Definition) – which group he’s leading since Ap 2020. Pierrick joined the ECIM committee for the ECIM 2019 Conference. Send Email
