Matheus Abrahao Francisco, Shell

Matheus works at Shell as a Technical Data Management Analyst within the Global Upstream organization. With a background in Petroleum Engineering, he also holds a Specialized Master’s Degree in Petroleum Data Management from IFP School. Matheus is a junior professional in the industry, having completed two internships during his studies: one at TotalEnergies as a Reservoir Engineer/Data Scientist and another at Equinor as a Project Data Manager. At Shell, Matheus takes on various tasks in Project and Corporate Data Management, providing support for Exploration, Development, and CCUS projects. Through his academic and professional experiences, he is committed to continuous improvement and is enthusiastic about contributing to the challenges posed by the Energy Transition in the years to come. Send Email

Suzanne Beglinger, Equinor

Suzanne works as the leader of the Subsurface Data Office in Equinor. After finishing her PhD in Petroleum Geology at the VU University in Amsterdam, she joined Equinor in 2012 working in Exploration as a regional geologist, basin modeler and project leader. In 2020, she took on her first leadership position managing a data management department, which ultimately led to her current position.  Besides ensuring compliant use of data, as a data lead, she is committed to creating a trusted data foundation enabling a safe, collaborative and digitally enabled subsurface organization, whilst reducing complexity, minimizing costs, improving consistency and enhancing the value of subsurface data. Send Email

Pierrick Gaudin, TotalEnergies

After 8 years in CGG working both in Seismic Processing & IT Support – Pierrick has joined Total (now TotalEnergies) in 2014 as “Data Architect” to take part to, and lead, the Enterprise Data Model Initiative. Hence, facing the well-known issues of lack of transverse governance and sharing – he created an internal network, cross domain network to tackle those issues – then coordinate and promote, internally, Data Standardization. From this background, he joined the OSDU community (gang, at that time) from Day 1 (October 2018) to initiate what is now known as Data Concepts Working Group (Ex Data Definition) – which group he’s leading since Ap 2020. Therese Rannem

Therese is a geophysicist at core, and thrives in the cross-section between technology and business. She has led several improvement and innovation projects in various roles in the industry. Currently working on implementing OSDU in Equinor with various use cases, data requirements and vendor collaborations. Therese has been an active supporter of the OSDU initiative from the start, and values quality data, anywhere, anytime – always looking for new and better ways to make that possible.

Adrian Coelho, AkerBP

Adrian works as an Advanced Specialist in the Geospatial domain for AkerBP. He previously worked as a Project Lead in Equinor with regards to establishing a data engineering framework for inspection data acquired by sensor carriers in the aerial, terrestrial and subsea spaces. He has previously worked in several geospatial data integration projects in the subsurface area. His focus area lies in the field of Spatial Computing and he has a broad competence in the geospatial domain where he continues to work on several technologies that complement it. Send Email

Milenija Stojkovic Helgesen

As Equinor's leading advisor for Data Quality and Interoperability, Milenija advocates for active collaboration nationally and internationally to shape the future of the energy sector through digital transformation. She represents Equinor in various roles, including Vice-Chair of the Digital Transformation Committee of the International O&G Producers (IOGP) Association and Member of the IOGP's Information Standards Subcommittee.  Aided by a rich learning journey, a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Belgrade, and completion of courses in Business Management, the Global Future Talent program, Leading Digital Transformation, and Semantic Technologies.

Lars Gåseby, Shell

Lars is working in Shell as “SSW Data and Innovation Design Manager” in Shells global Upstream organization. He has been working in the industry since 1989 in Schlumberger, ConocoPhillips and Shell. His current focus is data design and workflow in OSDU and to support digitalization initiatives. He is board member of ECIM. Send Email

Fernanda Fleming, Halliburton

An oceanographer with a Master’s in Energy Planning (research on ocean energy potential in Brasil), Fernanda started working with data management in 2010 in the Brazilian NDR. In 2012 joined Landmark in Brasil and since then has had experience with data management and application support in NDRs and multiple companies in Brasil. In 2022 Fernanda started working with Diskos project which led to her moving to Norway. Currently she is SME for well and production data in Diskos project. Send Email
