Presenters Practical Information
Formats:
| 45 minute format | Your presentation should not exceed 30 minutes, followed by 15 minutes for Q&A/discussions. We plan that attendees will have 15 minutes between presentations to change room, get coffee, and chat. |
| 20 minute format | Your presentation should not exceed 10 minutes, followed by a 10 minute Q&A/discussion. |
| Poster format | There will be a specific poster session, format to present is to be decided upon |
| Industry Update format | Your presentation should not exceed 20 minutes, there will be no time for Q&A in the session (of ccourse plenty of time afterwards!) |

You are welcome to use either your own laptop or the PC provided in the room. The projector supports both VGA and HDMI connections.
If you would like to test or rehearse your presentation before your session, a host will be available in the room from 12:15 on Tuesday and 08:45 on Wednesday. The room location will be clearly signposted, with directional signs guiding you to the correct venue.

We also encourage presenters to promote their ECIM sessions on LinkedIn. If you are interested, you may use our LinkedIn promotion template here. We would greatly appreciate your support in sharing ECIM with your professional network.
To help us ensure a smooth presentation experience, please let us know if you have any specific technical requirements, such as internet access, audio, video playback, or any other special considerations. We would also appreciate receiving your presentation in advance so that we can verify compatibility with the conference presentation environment.
We would like to take this opportunity to kindly remind all presenters that ECIM is a non-profit and vendor-neutral conference. As such, sales pitches, product marketing, and promotional presentations are not permitted. We encourage all speakers to maintain a strong technical focus and share knowledge that benefits the community.
