| 45 minute format | Your presentation should not exceed 30 minutes, followed by 15 minutes for Q&A/discussions. We plan that attendees will have 15 minutes between presentations to change room, get coffee, and chat. |

You can bring your own PC or use the room PC. The projector has S-VGA and HDMI connectors. If you want to dry run/test the presentation before your time, the host will be in the room from 12:15 on Tuesday and 8:45 on Wednesday. The specific room will be clearly marked with arrows guiding you to the right place.

Furthermore, we would like to know if you have any technical requirements for your presentation (Web access, sound, video,.. or any other thing important to note for us). We would appreciate it if you could send us your presentation in advance - so that we can check it's working well in our presentation environment!
We would also like to take the opportunity to respectfully remind you that ECIM activities are run on a non-profit basis - and is vendor neutral - as such we kindly remind you that we're not allowing sell and marketing speeches - and on the opposite - emphasize the technical focus!
The conference is run on a non-profit basis, as are all ECIM activities. Conference speakers (and all committee members and exhibition staff) are therefore asked to register and to attend the conference under the same terms and conditions that apply to all other participants. Please register if you haven’t already done so.
