Suzanne Beglinger is the Manager of the Subsurface Data Office at Equinor. After completing her PhD in Petroleum Geology at VU University Amsterdam, she joined Equinor in 2012, working in Exploration as a regional geologist, basin modeler, and project leader. In 2020, Suzanne stepped into her first leadership role, managing a data management department—experience that ultimately led her to her current position. She also leads Equinor’s internal OSDU Data Governance Forum, where she drives the development and implementation of OSDU aligned data governance in close collaboration with teams across the organization. As ECIM Conference Chair, Suzanne also serves on the ECIM Board of Directors. Suzanne is committed to creating a trusted data foundation enabling a safe, collaborative and digitally enabled (subsurface) organization, whilst reducing complexity, minimizing costs, improving consistency and enhancing the value of subsurface data. Matheus is a Technical Data Consultant in Shell’s Data, Digital and Innovation organization, where he drives high quality data solutions across global Upstream projects and domains. With a background in Petroleum Engineering and a Specialized Master’s Degree in Petroleum Data Management from IFP School, he has developed growing expertise in Technical Data consultancy, data quality, governance, and cloud based workflows.
In his current role, Matheus supports both corporate and project data needs, optimizing Technical Data Management processes and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, entitlements, obligations, and internal data standards. He balances leadership and hands on contribution, partnering with diverse stakeholders to embed new technologies, modern ways of working, and sustainable data practices.
Prior to joining Shell, Matheus gained experience at TotalEnergies as a Reservoir Engineer/Data Scientist and at Equinor as a Project Data Manager. His work today spans multiple Technical Data and Digital disciplines, where he is committed to delivering long term impact and contributing to the industry’s digital and energy transition. Send Email
After 8 years in CGG working both in Seismic Processing & IT Support – Pierrick has joined Total (now TotalEnergies) in 2014 as “Data Architect” to take part to, and lead, the Enterprise Data Model Initiative. Hence, facing the well-known issues of lack of transverse governance and sharing – he created an internal network, cross domain network to tackle those issues – then coordinate and promote, internally, Data Standardization. From this background, he joined the OSDU community (gang, at that time) from Day 1 (October 2018) to initiate what is now known as Data Concepts Working Group (Ex Data Definition) – which group he’s leading since Ap 2020. Adrian works as an Advanced Specialist in the Geospatial domain for AkerBP. He previously worked as a Project Lead in Equinor with regards to establishing a data engineering framework for inspection data acquired by sensor carriers in the aerial, terrestrial and subsea spaces. He has previously worked in several geospatial data integration projects in the subsurface area. His focus area lies in the field of Spatial Computing and he has a broad competence in the geospatial domain where he continues to work on several technologies that complement it. Send Email

Christine holds a position as Leading Advisor Data Management in Equinor. Her role is part of the Data and Analytics professional network community. She is a Data and Information management professional with a long track record from the energy sector, working across companies like BP/Amoco, Aker BP and Lyse before entering Equinor in 2023. Throughout her career she has helped teams and organizations get more value out of their data, whether through stronger governance, smarter processes, or better tools. Christine has led IM/DM teams, shaped enterprise level data governance frameworks, and worked hands-on with reservoir and well data in her early years before moving over to engineering, LCI and production data management. She has been accountable for customer data at Lyse and acted as Product owner for SAP master- and reference data management within the ERP domain. She has a passion for working in the landscape between providing quality data at the right time for the right user and at the same time ensuring sufficient governance mechanisms are in place.
