Inquiry for Exhibition and Event Sponsorship
Sponsorship and profiling position for ECIM 2025 may include exhibition space and / or company profile (text and logo) on the ECIM conference web-site. The exhibition area is located next to the main conference hall used for plenary sessions and conference dinner.

Exhibitor Sponsorship alternatives
1. Booth box with white walls (Blue Sections on map)
- Booth Box 18 Size 1,8 m x 1,0 m Footprint - EUR 1.200
- Booth Box 28 Size 2,8 m x 1,0 m Footprint - EUR 2.200
2. Floor Space for own 'set-up' (Red Sections on map)
- FloorSpace 34 Size 2,3 m x 1,5 m Footprint - EUR 2.600
- FloorSpace 52 Size 2,9 m x 1,8 m Footprint - EUR 3.600
VAT of 25% will be added upon invoicing.
Both alternatives include WIFI and standard 'hotel' table and two chairs.
Exhibitor Sponsorship includes:
- Company profile and introduction on conference web-pages
- Access to shared meeting room on request
- Logo on the conference pages right column
