Suzanne Beglinger (Committee Chair), Equinor

Suzanne works as the leader of the Subsurface Data Office in Equinor. After finishing her PhD in Petroleum Geology at the VU University in Amsterdam, she joined Equinor in 2012 working in Exploration as a regional geologist, basin modeler and project leader. In 2020, she took on her first leadership position managing a data management department, which ultimately led to her current position.  Besides ensuring compliant use of data, as a data lead, she is committed to creating a trusted data foundation enabling a safe, collaborative and digitally enabled subsurface organization, whilst reducing complexity, minimizing costs, improving consistency and enhancing the value of subsurface data. Send Email

Matheus Abrahao Francisco, Shell

Matheus works at Shell as a Technical Data Management Analyst within the Global Upstream organization. With a background in Petroleum Engineering, he also holds a Specialized Master’s Degree in Petroleum Data Management from IFP School. Matheus is a junior professional in the industry, having completed two internships during his studies: one at TotalEnergies as a Reservoir Engineer/Data Scientist and another at Equinor as a Project Data Manager. At Shell, Matheus takes on various tasks in Project and Corporate Data Management, providing support for Exploration, Development, and CCUS projects. Through his academic and professional experiences, he is committed to continuous improvement and is enthusiastic about contributing to the challenges posed by the Energy Transition in the years to come. Send Email

Pierrick Gaudin, TotalEnergies

After 8 years in CGG working both in Seismic Processing & IT Support – Pierrick has joined Total (now TotalEnergies) in 2014 as “Data Architect” to take part to, and lead, the Enterprise Data Model Initiative. Hence, facing the well-known issues of lack of transverse governance and sharing – he created an internal network, cross domain network to tackle those issues – then coordinate and promote, internally, Data Standardization. From this background, he joined the OSDU community (gang, at that time) from Day 1 (October 2018) to initiate what is now known as Data Concepts Working Group (Ex Data Definition) – which group he’s leading since Ap 2020. Pierrick joined the committee for the ECIM 2019 Conference. Send Email

Adrian Coelho, AkerBP

Adrian works as an Advanced Specialist in the Geospatial domain for AkerBP. He previously worked as a Project Lead in Equinor with regards to establishing a data engineering framework for inspection data acquired by sensor carriers in the aerial, terrestrial and subsea spaces. He has previously worked in several geospatial data integration projects in the subsurface area. His focus area lies in the field of Spatial Computing and he has a broad competence in the geospatial domain where he continues to work on several technologies that complement it. Send Email

Therese Rannem, Vår Energi

Therese is working as IT & Digital Business Partner Lead for Subsurface and Exploration in Vår Energi. Thriving in the crossing between technology and business. She has a background as geophysicist and has always had a special interest for new ways of gaining insight from data and new technologies. Therese has led several improvement and innovation initiatives in various roles across VNG Norge, Neptune Energy and Equinor. Send Email

Kumar Aditya, SLB

Kumar Aditya has been working with SLB Digital as Solutions Delivery Lead for Data & Cloud and is currently based out of Stavanger, Norway. He’s got 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management, Solution designing around data flow between E&P application and SaaS Business Development. Kumar holds an integrated Master’s degree in Exploration Geophysics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India.  Send Email

Marta Graeter, Norwegian Offshore Directorate

Marta works with Diskos, the NDR for NCS-data reported to the Norwegian Offshore Directorate, at the directorate. Her background is in archives and records management and IM, and she has experience from both the private and public sector. She is excited about the future opportunities in safe and simple data sharing and believe in an efficient data landscape where responsible re-use is the norm. Send Email

Jon Steinar Folstad, Aker BP

Jon Steinar is working in Aker BP as Data Scientist for Digital Execution and Technology. With MScs in Petroleum Engineering and Computer Science from NTNU, he thrives where Data Science meets Engineering and Software Development. Jon Steinar is engaged in various hands-on tasks related to applying data, building Generative AI and Machine Learning systems that unlock the hidden potential in subsurface and operational data. His hands-on approach and curiosity drive his passion for making data "talk," revealing new insights and opportunities. Christine Elisabet Eikeberg,  Equinor

Christine holds a position as Leading Advisor Data Management in Equinor. Her role is part of the Data and Analytics professional network community. She is a Data and Information management professional with a long track record from the energy sector, working across companies like BP/Amoco, Aker BP and Lyse before entering Equinor in 2023. Throughout her career she has helped teams and organizations get more value out of their data, whether through stronger governance, smarter processes, or better tools.  Christine has led IM/DM teams, shaped enterprise level data governance frameworks, and worked hands-on with reservoir and well data in her early years before moving over to engineering, LCI and production data management. She has been accountable for customer data at Lyse and acted as Product owner for  SAP master- and reference data management within the ERP domain. She has a passion for working in the landscape between providing quality data at the right time for the right user and at the same time ensuring sufficient governance mechanisms are in place. Her formal education is from Robert Gordon University with a Pg.Cert. in Library and Information Science.

Lars Gåseby, GDSC

Lars is working as an independent consultant focusing on data and information services and strategy. Currently he is part time working for ECIM. He has been working in the industry since 1989 in SLB, ConocoPhillips and Shell. He has a broad E&P experience in business process, data/information management, architecture and systems. His current focus is digitalization of workflows and enabling the success of OSDU. Send email
