Registration and Prices

Early Bird Conference Fee is NOK 7.040,- plus 25% VAT. (approx. EUR 655 plus VAT).  Early Bird registration ends August 1st at 15 pm Central European time and from then the Conference Fee is normal rate, NOK 8.360,- plus 25% VAT (approx. EUR 777 plus VAT).

Last date for registration is September 11 or earlier if the conference is fully booked.

The conference fee includes documentation, lunch tuesday 16th. and wednesday 17th,  "Ice Breaker" buffet on Monday evening September 15th., and Conference Dinner on Tuesday evening 16th.

Bootcamp 1: Vibe coding on OSDU

To participate in the OSDU Vibe Bootcamp, you must be registered in advance. Registration fee is NOK 350 plus VAT (25%). Please note that registration to the Bootcamp is a selectable option in the Registration Form for the conference. This Bootcamp Session is limited to 90 participants.

Bootcamp 2: Storytelling for Data Management Professionals 

To participate in the Sstorytelling Bootcamp, you must be registered in advance. Registration fee is NOK 350 plus VAT (25%). Please note that registration to the Bootcamp is a selectable option in the Registration Form for the conference. This Bootcamp Session is limited to 25 participants.

Hotel accomodation

Please note: the hotel accomodation is booked as part of the conference registration.

Conference participants will have access to special rates for accomodations when making the hotel booking via the conference registration. The special rates will be available for the number of days you prefer to stay for the ECIM conference, and is not strictly limited within the time period of the conference itself.

Conference rates for single room (one person incl. breakfast) is NOK 1.385,- plus 12% VAT (approx. EUR 144 plus VAT) and for double room for 2 persons including breakfast the rate is NOK 1.565,- plus 12% VAT (approx. EUR 163 plus VAT).

For late registrations or if the conference hotel is fully booked, accomodation at nearby hotels may be offered.

If the conference itself is fully booked, it is possibility to ask to be put on 'stand by' and you will be notified in case of cancellations.

Registration guidelines
Please note that you have to complete the online registration form in order to being serviced for both hotel and conference reservation.  You will receive a confirmation email within short time on working days after your registration form has been submitted and received by the Conference Service Desk. 

For cancellation of your registration received by the Conference Team in written notice within August 16th. you will be refunded /credited 80% of the paid/invoiced conference fee. For cancellation within August 31st. you will be liable for 50% of the conference fee. For cancellation after this date you will be liable for the full conference fee and your hotel booking.

Please note that all ECIM activities are run on a non-profit basis.  Conference and workshop speakers (and committee members and session managers) are therefore asked to register and to attend the conference under the same terms and conditions that apply to all other participants.
